Cancellation Policy
At Bish Glow Studio, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
2. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge for the service booked.
3. No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
4. Late Arrivals:
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. If there is still time, we will accommodate you, but the session may need to be shortened.
5. Deposit Requirement:
For certain services, we may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your total service cost. This deposit is forfeited if the appointment is canceled within the 24-hour window or in case of a no-show.
